Eliana began to shake, trying to shift her head, but she couldn't.

” I want you to die! Die now.” Tara muttered, still pressing harder.

Xavier heard what she said and knew that something is going on……

He quickly pushed the door opened and rushed in.

” Tara! ” He called in surprise. ” What are you doing?”

Tara left the pillow and step aside, shaking in fright as she stared at Xavier.

Eliana was coughing hard. Xavier rushed to her and called, shaking her. ” Eliana! Eliana! Are you alright? Eliana!”

” If anything happens to her, I'll kill you! I'll kill you with my bare hands.” Julian said and rushed out to call the doctor.

Just then, Julian walked in. ” What happened?” He asked, staring at Tara, but she didn't reply.

” I have to leave.” She said and began to walk towards the door.

” Why?” He asked but she didn't reply.

Julian decided to check on Eliana,Tara took that opportunity and rushed out without his noticed.

” Don't move!” It's more like an order. Tara turned immediately, her hands up in surrender.

” Take her! she's a devil.” Xavier said to the police, who where pointing their guns at her.

” Please, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. please!” She begged, as the police began to handcuff her.

Just then, Julian came out. ” What's going on?” He asked.

” Please help me Julian! I didn't do anything. Help me baby!” She cried, trying to look back, but the police refused her to.

” Move it! Move it!” The police commanded as they took her away.

” What the hell hap………” Julian was interrupted.

” She tried to kill Eliana.” Xavier said.

” What?” Julian exclaimed. ” Why?”

” Are you asking me?” Said Xavier. ” I'm happy that I went in time, if not…..” He paused, and shrugged.

” I knew it.” Said Julian. “I knew that she's behind all this.”

” What do you mean?” Xavier asked.

” The cameras, I told her about the it.” Julian said.

” I don't understand.” Xavier said.

” It happened some months ago.” Julian said.

” You mean to say that Tara knew where the cameras where hidden?” Xavier asked.

” Yes.” Julian replied.

” Why did you tell her. And why didn't you tell the police?” Xavier asked.

” I didn't know she's like this. i didn't tell the police because I was just suspecting her. But from what you told me now, I……” Julian drawled, not knowing what to say.

” That means she sent that man. She drugged the cake she gave to the bodyguards.

She sent them to kill Eliana. But thanks to the girls, for fighting him.

How silly of you to trust someone so easily.” Said Xavier angrily.

” And I'm sure you told her about the meeting we had that day, cause she wouldn't have plan that in just a minute.” Said Xavier.

” You don't have to blame me bro, she's on my neck.” Julian said.

” I just pray nothing happens to Eliana.” Xavier muttered.

” I wish I knew it earlier, I would've given her a dirty slap before the police take her away.” Said Julian.

” She's still your girlfriend you know.” Xavier said.

” I've lost my interest in her.” Julian said, almost in a whisper.

” Sorry bro.” Xavier pat his back. ” If you'd told me, I would've done it for you.”

” Excuse me” Julian said.

” The slap.” Xavier replied politely.

” You're crazy.” Said Julian. ” And I'm beginning to suspect you.”

” What did I do.?” Xavier asked.

” Why do you care so much for Eliana?” Julian asked.

” She's our maid, and under our care.” Replied Xavier. ” Or is it wrong to care for someone?”

” Yours is too much.” Replied Julian. ” Since you came here, you've not visited the other maids.

” I don't know what you're saying bro. In as much as I'm concern, I did visit them.” Xavier said.

” If you'd, What's your maid condition now?” Julian asked.

” She's responding to treatment of course.” Replied Xavier.

” Really?” Julian raised his brow. Just then, Kayden approached them.

” Hey guys. What's the matter?” Asked Kayden.

” Tell him.” Xavier said to Julian and began to walk away. Heading to Aaliyah's ward.

” If that guy get my maid pregnant, I'll send him to jail.” Julian whispered to Kayden, and walked away.

” I see.” Kayden muttered, with smile.

He was about to follow them, when he saw Harrison, walking towards him, with a sad look on his face.

“What's the matter?” Kayden asked, staring at Harrison.

” Bad News.” Harrison replied.

” What?” Kayden asked, confused.

” Tara tried to kill Eliana.” Harrison replied.

” What!” Kayden exclaimed. ” She should be arrested.”

” She's been arrested already, and……”

” Excuse me sir.” The Doctor interrupt as he approached them.

” Yes please.” Harrison said as they turned to him. ” How's she?”

“I'm so sorry sir.” The Doctor said sadly. ” But we tried our best.”

” What do you mean by that?” Kayden said curiously.

” We lost her.” The Doctor said.

” Damnit!” Said Kayden.

” How? I don't…. I don't…get you, what are you saying?” Harrison stuttered.

” I'm so sorry sir. I sincerely apologize.” Said the Doctor. ” Please acc……”

“Doctor! Doctor!” A nurse called.” The patient! The patient! She needs attention. Please come quickly.”

The Doctor followed the nurse immediately, leaving Harrison and Kayden in dismay.

“This can't be. no! It can't happen.” Muttered Harrison sadly.

” What happened?” Xavier asked, staring at them, but Harrison couldn't say a word.

” What's going on?” Xavier said. ” Someone should talk to me, what did the doctor say?” He yelled.

” Eliana is dead.” Kayden broke the bombshell.

” What? No….tell me it isn't true.” Xavier said. ” You're joking right?” He gave a sad smile.

” Talk to me Kayden. Say that you're joking, just say it.” He dragged Kayden's shirt.

” Let go of me!” Kayden said trying to free himself.

” Just tell me that it's a lie.” Xavier muttered and left Kayden's shirt, sitting on the floor. ” Just say it.”

” Why are you acting like this Xavier?” Said Harrison, turning to him.” You're not the only one hurts here. We also feel the pain. Stop acting childish.”

” You won't understand. You'll never understand.” Xavier muttered, and wiped the tears that slipped out from his eyes.
