The Oregon Trail for the Nintendo Switch has been spotted on a Taiwanese rating board. Unfortunately, it is not known which version of the game it is.
The latest version of the game was published by Gameloft. It looks very different visually, includes some new game mechanics, but stays true to the original

Unfortunately, the rating does not include a release date. In other words, we know next to nothing about the game, all we know now is that it will be coming to the Nintendo console.
The original was developed by Don Rawitsch, Bill Heinemann and Paul Dillenberger in 1971. The title was distributed from 1974 by the Minnesota Educational Computing Consortium. The game is based on the Oregon Trail, a 19th-century settler route across the Rocky Mountains.
