❌ Benita’s POV❌
I moved my bag to Chris room in joy. I can’t believe he is mine after all these years. Since the day he f**ked me, I had never stopped loving him.
I tried telling him about my feelings but he ignored me, telling me he was not ready for any feelings. I was so hurt and decided to have him to myself.
I got pregnant for him on the long run and went to his office to tell him and in the presence of Liam he asked me to get rid of it and gave me some amount of money.
I felt so pained when he told me I should get rid of it, since then I knew he would never love me. I decided to get rid of the pregnancy to forget about Christian Stone finally.
I got the termination done and I almost died in the process but the doctor saved me, he started checking up on me daily and then we started having an affair.
He comes to my house to f**k, telling me how much he loves me. I became pregnant for him and I told him. I told him it was time for us to make the relationship official.
He agreed to it and on the wedding day, he didn’t show up. He sent a message to me that ge had travelled to him home town where his family were.
I became heartbroken and I thought of ending it all by committing suicide. I was still thinking about it when I remembered Chris.
An idea came to my mind and I decided to norture the child and bring him to Chris as his own child. I made all arrangements to make Chris sure that the child is his and here I am today, in his house.
I slummed on the bed happily. My dream is coming to fulfilment.

💝 Mara’s POV💝
I woke up feeling an urgent need to puke, I quickly stood up and ran into the toilet to throw up. I threw up in the basin and took some water to raise my face.
I felt slight headache and I walked into the room holding my head. I opened my eyes properly and noticed I was now in Chris house.
“How did I get here??” I thought loudly as I remembered the incident of yesterday. My eyes widen as it got to the part of Regal.
“Oh no, Regal took me to his house” I thought in fear. I looked at my bed and I saw Cindy laying in it sleeping.
“Cindy” I called moving close to her.
“Mara” she jumped up coming to meet me. “Are you okay??” She asked examining my body with her hands.
I nodded and sat on the bed. “I can’t remember how I got here Cindy” I mumbled holding my head.
“Liam and I brought you here Mara” she said smiling.
” We saw you in the arms of a random guy, he was taking you to his house. We traced both of you and we stood at his window watching both of you. He almost kissed you but liam stopped the act.” She said brushing my hair with her palm.
“You shouldn’t have brought me here Cindy. I don’t want to ever see this house” I replied angrily.
“Mara you need to calm down” she said holding my hand on hers.
“Calm down!! He has a child Cindy, the mother is here to claim her position in this house. Who am I then??” I yelled angrily.
“Mara!! Listen to me!!!” She yelled and I fell to the bed weeping.
“Mara this is Christian Stone’s past okay??? Yes, he was a player back then but he has changed because of you. He loves you so much Mara” she said calmly.
“Cindy, don’t you get it??? He has a child with that Lady” I added in tears.
“And how sure are you that the child is his?? Hun??” She asked folding her hands under her breast.
“Can’t you see the resembles??” I asked still crying.
“Mara wake up, anything can happen. It was five years ago, so many things can happen within that period” she said grinning.
“What are your plans Cindy??” I asked when I noticed she was grinning.
“You need to make friends with Benita and her son” she said smiling.
“What!!!” I yelled in anger.
“Relax Mara, let me finish. You live in this house as her child’s Maid” she added.
“No no Cindy I can’t do that” I said shaking my head in disgust.
“You gain her child’s trust and hers. You let Chris get close to her, tho it wouldn’t be easy. Then you talk to the child. It is very sure that the child knows something and it is going to be very useful” she said pacing in front of me.
I watched her trying really hard to calm down. “Cindy, it won’t be easy. I can’t take it if Chris is with another woman.” I said sadly.
“Mara, do you love Chris??” She asked holding my shoulders and staring into my eyes.
“Yes Cindy I do” I replied nodding.
“Good, then fight for your love. Do anything to take your place in this house okay??” She said smiling.
“I will try” I said nodding after thinking about the plan.
“That’s the spirit baby girl ” She said smiling. I smiled widely looking at her.
“Christian Stone is yours and liam is mine” she said blushing and my eyes widened.
“Tell me it’s not true” I said grinning widely.
“It is Mara” she said jumping on the bed.

💕Chris POV💕
Liam and I left the pool after discussing some other issues Including his relationship with Cindy. Well am so happy for him, I would have killed him if he made advances to Mara again.
“You need to go talk to her now” liam said as we got into the house. I nodded and moved to her room, I opened the door slightly and I found her and Cindy chatting happily.
I walked in with a remorseful face and when they saw me they stopped smiling. Mara couldn’t even look at me.
“I will leave you two” Cindy said and left the room.
“Mara” I called solemnly.
“Hi” she replied coldly.
“Mara, I am sorry. I know I have no excuse but please forgive me, am sorry Mara. I dobt want to loose you, I love you so much” I said kneeling in front of her as I felt tears wet my eyes.
She turned her face to me and I could see tears in her eyes. “I am so sorry Mara, I never planned for it to be like this.” I said still in tears.
She reached out for me and drew me into a hug without saying anything. “Mara please stop crying, i hate to ses you cry. I am sorry for making you cry, I swear I regret my past” I said in pains.
She disengaged from the hug and stared at my lips, she pulled my face closer as her lips crushed on mine. I reciprocated immediately holding her waist her pulling her into my arms.
“What would I do without her” I thought still kissing her. I slid my tongue into her mouth as she opened up for me.I never thought I would be able to touch her today.
“Chris!!” I heard Benita call sweetly making me disengage from the hug. I looked away from Nara in shame but she pulled my face to hers.
“You love me right??” She asked cupping my face with her beautiful hands.
“I do Mara, I do so much” I replied emotionally.
“And you don’t want her here right?” She asked again staring into my eyes.
“I don’t want her here Mara” I replied trying to get where she was going.
“Then go meet her, try showing her love. Don’t let her know we are in a relationship, we need to get the truth from her” she said to my suprise.
“Really Mara, liam and I discussed that plan but I was scared if you will agree to it” I said smiling.
“I love you Christian Stone’ and I will do anything to keep you to myself, no b**ch will ever take you away from me” she said and hugged me tight.
“Thank you Mara, I love you so much” I said kissing her neck.
“Now go meet your acting wife to be” she said disengaging from the hug smiling. I nodded and smiled back at her beautiful face.
I reached for her and kissed her deeply before leaving the room. I pray I can cope with that b**ch.
❌ Benita’s POV❌
I searched for Chris everywhere but I couldn’t find him, where can he be??” I need to talk to my husband to be” I thought happily still searching for him.
I was about entering the kitchen when I saw a Lady in blue uniform there, she was the Lady I saw the other time when I was with Chris.
“Hey you” i said looking at her irritatedly.
“Hey ma’am, Good day ma’am how are you doing??” She asked smiling and bowing to my surprise.
I furrowed my brows looking at her still wondering why she would greet me like that.
“I guess you are the maid here” I said walking into the kitchen staring at her uniform.
“Yes ma’am. So when you need anything for you and your handsome looking son, I will be a call away” she said smiling.
“Hmmmm nice. I am starting to like her” I thought smiling too.
“Do you care for a drink??” She said and before I could reply she got to the fridge and brought out a 5alive drink.
“Wow, how do you know that is my best fruit drink??” I asked at her in amusement.
“You are yet to know me ma’am” she said grinning as she passed the cup of juice to me.
“Thank you” I said and gulped down a little.
“Mother” I heard Paul call.
“Hey baby” I said as soon as he got into the kitchen.
“Mama, my video game as stopped working” he said sadly.
“Awwwn mama will get you another one okay??” I said smiling and adjusting his hair.
He nodded and looked at the Lady. “Oh my bad. Paul this is…” I said wanting her to say her name.
“Mara, and I am sure you are Paul” she said and carried Paul into her hands fondling with his hair while he laughed.
“Mama, I like Mara” he said happily playing with her nose.
“I do too Paul” I replied smiling widely. My dream is finally coming to fulfilment, well-to-do husband and a wonderful maid whom my boy loves at first sight.
💕 Mara’s POV💕
I watched her smile at me in disgust. If not for the love of Chris I would have punched her face by now. She would have gone back to wherever she came from.
But I need to stay put, I can’t afford to spoil this plan. I was still playing with Paul when Chris entered into the kitchen.
“Baby” Benita said and ran to hug him. He looked at me not wanting to hug her but I gestured him to with my eyes.
He hugged her back trying to smile and quickly disengaged from the hug. He came closer to me and turned to face Paul.
I watched him smile and play with him and I felt jealously in me. “Mara compose yourself” I thought silently.
“I will make dinner” I said trying to smile as I faced the pot on the fire ignoring Chris and Paul’s scenario.
