PARK***

Silent occupies the space between them, both were sitting an inch away from each other, but none of them were talking and looking at the other.

Naomi was just crimping her hands against each other, while Alex keeps crimping his foot on the other.

It was like they were aliens from different planets, who were just meeting each other for the first time.

When Naomi couldn’t take the silent anymore, she hits him.

“Ouch…Naomi”.

“So you know my name now”.

And Alex looks at her.

“Why the silent between us huh”. She ranted.

“You can’t blame me if I feel so shock right now Naomi, I mean you told me before you don’t love me, then you show up at the airport and said you love me, and kiss me too, is enough for to have a heart attack, when you once rejected me, and kiss Finn too”. Alex said playing with his fingers like a baby.

“What do you mean by I kissed Finn”. Naomi asked confusedly.

“I saw the both of you Naomi, he confess his feelings for you, and he kissed you”.

“Did you see me kissing him with your eyes”.

And Alex slowly shakes his head.

“No I didn’t, I left when he was about to”. He answers.

“Then you should’ve come with the conclusion that I kissed him, yes Finn confess his love for me, but I turned him down”.

“Why”. Alex asked.

“Because your the one I love Alex, I know you find it confusing after what I did to you, believe me when I say this Alex, I almost died that day when I turned you turn and said I don’t love you, and to make it worst you fell back into coma because of me, I always come to the hospital just to see you, but it was always guided, my world crumble those times you were in the hospital, and I keep regretting not saying those three words to you”.

“Then why did you denied your feelings for me that day”.

“Because of my mom, with everything that has happened to me, she wants me to stay away from you, but when Calvin called me and told me you were leaving the country for good, that’s when I realized I indeed love you so much, and that I can be able to move on without seeing you every single day….am sorry Alex, if I hurt you before, I was just afraid of my mom, am sorry”. She said between tears.

Alex smiles, and made her face him, and he wipe her dropping tears with his thumb.

“When will you stop being a cry baby”.

“Don’t call me that”. She pouted.

And Alex smiles, caressing her chin.

“Thank you Naomi”.

“For what”.

“You know, for loving me back, I guess shifting my flight to the evening was really a great idea”.

“Where you planning on leaving without saying goodbye to me, to atleast know if I was going to let you go”.

“I thought you didn’t love me Naomi, thank you for stopping me”.

And Naomi looks at him.

“I love you so much”.

“And I love you too Xander”.

And Alex caress her cheeks.

“I’ll allow you call me that because you look cute right now”.

“And I’ll be so delighted to always called you that…my Xander”.

And Both laugh.

Alex stared at her small pinkish lip, her lips taste so sweet when she kissed him earlier.

“Can I kiss you” . He stuttered.

And Naomi Scoffs.

“Is my boyfriend now asking for permission to kiss me, you can go ahead and kiss me, my lips is all yours”.

And Alex chuckles.

“I didn’t know you were this naughty”.

“Go ahead and kiss me already”. She pouted her lips.

Alex smiles, and like slow mo, he lend his head towards her.

Gently, steadily and smoothly, he press his lips on hers.

And the flavor built, both paved more entrance for each other, as they suck on each other’s lips like it was kind of some vanilla lollipop.

Alex kept his free hands around her tiny waist, caging her closer to himself, deepening the kiss the more, while Naomi did the business of soothing her hands around his neck, enjoy every bit of his flavoring lips.

After what seems like forever, both broke the kiss, trying to caught their breath.

Alex place his forehead on Naomi’s forehead, caressing it with his own.

“I love you so much Nomi”.

And Naomi smiles hearing the NOMI from him.

“I love you too Xander”.

Alex smiles and rest his head on her shoulder, Naomi chuckles.

“You really love sleeping on my shoulder don’t you Xander”.

And Alex nods like a baby wrapping his hands around her waist.

Naomi smiles widely patting him like a baby, but her smile slowly disappeared, when she remembered her mom’s warnings.

“Xander”.

And the way she called him, made Alex raise up his head to look at her.

“What’s wrong Nomi”.

“Now that am going against my mom, am afraid of what she might do to me, she’s so scary when she’s angry”. Naomi said, and the way she spoke, you’ll really know she’s damn scared.

“Do you want me to talk to her”. Alex asked, and Naomi quickly shakes her head.

“No, is going to worst the whole issue, she can’t find out we’re dating”.

“Do you want us to keep our relationship a secret”.

And Naomi nods pouting.

“Alright then Nomi”.

“Am sorry about that Xander, your going to lie to a lot of people because of me”. She said crimping her hands.

Alex smiles and caress her cheeks.

“Don’t be sorry Nomi, you going against your mom, just to be with me is a huge sacrifice to make, I promise you Nomi, I won’t ever hurt you, I love you very very much”. Alex said with eyes filled with emotions.

“And I love you so much Xander”.

“You won’t ever be in danger because of me, I’ll protect you with every single thing I got, your my world Naomi”.

Naomi smiles.

Alex pecks her lips softly, before pulling her into a tight hug.

And they stayed that way, wishing they were the only ones on on earth with no one else habiting in it.

ALEX’S MANSION***

Calvin barged Inside the house and sees Alex eating in his exclusive dinning table, well decorated by one of the best interior designers in Texas.

“Is this true or am I just being illusional”. Calvin asked.

“Your best friend didn’t push through with leaving the country”. Alex answers smiling.

Of course his going to smile, since the girl he could die for is finally his.

Calvin quickly went to sit next to him.

“Why, what change your mind, did Naomi stop you from leaving”.

“Naomi”. Alex asked like he doesn’t know what Calvin was talking about.

“Yes Alex, Naomi, I had to persuade Bre her best friend, just to get her number and Naomi said she loves you, and wasn’t going to allow you leave Texas, didn’t you see her at the airport”.

And Alex turns his head left and right.

“No I didn’t”. He said and continues eating.

“Why then did you change your mind about leaving, you were set on leaving Texas”.

“I just figured out I shouldn’t leave, there’s a hotel for me to handle, and the man who shot me hasn’t been caught yet, and my best friend insisted I should remain here”.

“Does your family know about this”. Calvin asked.

“Yes they did, I called them earlier”.

“You ain’t saying anything”.

“Something like what”. Alex asked.

“I just told you Naomi said she loves you, shouldn’t you be over the moon and go to her, asking her to be your girlfriend”.

*She’s already my girlfriend*. Alex said inwardly with a secret smile.

“Alex”.

“I don’t want to talk about her for now”.

And Calvin’s Chin dropped.

“Don’t tell me you already gave up on your love for her”. Calvin asked.

“If you’re hungry, you can dish some food out for yourself, I prepared alot”. Alex said eating.

Calvin just look at him.

“Stop staring at me and get something to eat, I might leave Texas tonight, if you continuing staring at me like that”.

And Calvin quickly dashed to the kitchen, of course he doesn’t want his one and only best friend to leave the country.

*Am sorry Best friend, but my relationship with Naomi has to be kept a secret from everyone around us*.

NOVA HIGHSCHOOL***

“How’s Naomi Elle”. Jason said turning behind to look at her.

“She’s fine Jason, her bruises are already healed up”.

“That’s good to know then”. Jason said, and Brielle looks at him and smiles.

“Jason can you help me with this sum, is so difficult”. Mia whines.

“Sure Mia”. Jason answers.

And as he solves the sum, Brielle keeps admiring how handsome he looks.

There was this shining sparkling sun that circulates around him, making him look breathtaking, and Brielle’s smiles never left her face, as she keeps looking at him.

The voice of the teacher woke her up from her world of imagination, and she quickly slaps herself to act normal.

“Good morning students”.

“Good morning ma’am”.

“Is a surprise you all aren’t turning the class upside down today”. She said and the class giggles.

“Anyways, we have a new students joining your class today, she’s a bit shy, but she’s a sweetheart, Giselle you can come in now”.

And Jason arch his eyebrows on hearing the name Giselle.

Giselle slowly enters the class and Jason’s eyes wide opened in shock on seeing her.

Giselle buried her face, adjusting her glasses.

“Introduce yourself to them Giselle”.

And Giselle shyly raise up her head.

“My name is Giselle Wang, am 16 years old and am from Thailand”. She said shyly and cutely.

👥 Her glasses looks so great on her.

👥 Guess another beautiful damsel has replace Brielle.

Brielle rolls her eyes.

*She’s still the same*. Jason said inwardly and smiles.

Giselle just keep avoiding the gazes of the entire class, especially the guys who couldn’t stop admiring her beautiful she looks.

Jason stood up from his seat, making Brielle wonder why.

“Giselle”.

Giselle looks at him, she smiles and quickly went to him.

“Jason”. She calls him smiling.

“How have you been Elle”.

“Am fine Jason, long time no see….am so happy your in this school”. Giselle said giggling and hugs him, shocking everyone.

Brielle almost ran mad on seeing the new girl hug Jason.

The teacher clears her throat and Giselle broke the hug.

“Do you both know each other”.she asked.

“Yes she’s my friend, we became friends when I went to Thailand to spend the holidays with my aunt”. Jason answers.

“And I guess you’ll be comfortable having someone you know around here right”.

And Giselle nods cutely.

Class ended, and Brielle taps Jason and he face her.

“Let’s go to the cafeteria together”. She said smiling.

“Sure”.

Both were about leaving, when Giselle approach them.

“Jason”. She calls him cutely holding his hand, and Brielle fuels angrily.

“Can you show me around the school, you know I don’t know anyone here except you, can you please show me around”.

Brielle chuckles, knowing the fact he was going to say NO to her.

“Alright Elle”. Jason said smiling.

And Brielle’s eagle fell instantly.

“I thought we were going to the cafeteria together Jason”. Brielle said, trying her best not to show how sad she was.

“Am sorry Brielle, but Elle needs to be familiar around here….let’s go Elle”. Jason said taking her by the hand.

And both leaves chitchating.

“Jason never told us he made friends with a beauty, when he went to Thailand”. Mia said

“You called that beauty, she’s not in anyway compare to me, she’s looks like a granny in those glasses”.

“Then does that mean Naomi looks like a granny too, she wears glasses too”.

“Just shut up Mia….how dare him call her Elle”. She said angrily.

“FYI Brielle, you ain’t the only one to be called Elle, Giselle’s name also ends with E.L.LE, just like yours”.

“But him calling me Elle, makes me feel special”.

“Huh”.

“Nothing Mia, am going home”.

“You won’t stay still closing hours”. Mia asked.

“No, I just feel sick”.she said and Leaves.

“I guess with Giselle around, you’ll be force to speak up on how you feel about him, so him calling you Elle always make you feel special”. Mia chuckles shaking her head.

Kingston just like Alex has said, was given the position of the CCO of McKesson cooperation, and he was trying to do his best in making his dad proud.

He enters Cambria resturant, and Naomi approach him without knowing he was the one.

“Good afternoon sir”. She greeted.

“Naomi”. He call her name, as a smile appears on his face.

“Sir Kingston”.

“What’re you doing here”.

“I….I….I work here”. She answers.

“So you no longer work in Alex’s hotel”.

“What do you want to order Sir”. Naomi asked changing the topic.

“Some pecan pie, chicken fried steak and barbecue”.

Naomi nods and leaves, while Kingston looks at her smiling.

She came back with his order, and Kingston couldn’t stop staring at her, as she serves him his food.

“Thank you Naomi”. He said smiling.

But Naomi just bow and leaves.

And from where she was standing arranging the wines in the wine cellar, Kingston keeps looking at her, admiring her spotless body.

Despite the torture she received, her tender skin came back to it’s self, the moment her bruises healed up.

“She’s beautiful”. Kingston muttered smiling.

Naomi rolls in the bed, waiting for Alex’s call.

She sits upright in the bed, and frowns.

“He said his going to call me but he hasn’t, is he playing hard to get now”. Naomi said.

She picks her phone and dials his number, it was ringing but no one was picking.

And Naomi angrily drop her phone.

“I swear to you Xander, if we meet up tomorrow, am going to kill you”. She said.

“I wonder what his brother was doing there at the restaurant….anyways is non of my business…..I miss you Xander, can you please pick up the phone”. She pouted.

She waited for sometime, and when he didn’t call back, she went to the bathroom to have her shower.

“Naomi are you sleeping already”. Susan asked entering inside her room.

And she hears splashes of water.

“I guess she’s having her shower”. Susan muttered and was about leaving when Naomi’s phone rang.

Susan took phone and look at the caller and A appears on the screen.

Susan without wasting time picked the call.

“Hello Love, I saw your calls” Alex said over the phone.

“Mom”. Naomi said, coming out from the bathroom.

And the call disconnected immediately.

“Who’s A”. Susan asked showing Naomi her phone.

And Naomi looks at her mom, shaking in fear already.

“Answer me Naomi, who’s A!!!!”.
