‘I’m sorry princess but you don’t have any callers today’..The maid said as she walked into my room..
‘Of course I don’t have any callers!! King Roland ruined my life!!’..I yelled at the top of my voice…
‘No,you ruined your life with your own hands by doing such despicable things to the commoners in Arilea, i never thought I you to live like that??’..Father walked in and I rolled my eyes..
‘You never taught me anything father,you only left me with a chaperone while you went on your stupid wars’..
‘Do not speak to me that way Reana or else I won’t consider the fact that you’re my daughter and throw you out of the kingdom!!!’..He yelled.
‘Throw me out! You don’t have an heir anyway’..I scoffed and he slapped me hard across the face…
‘You slapped me?’…
‘Yes I did and I would gladly do so again if you don’t watch that taut mouth of yours’..He whispered and I started crying..
‘I hate you!! I hate all of you!!’..
‘Keep your hatred and get yourself ready,Prince Reynold is a guest and he wants to see you’..He said and my eyes widened..

‘If you’ve come here to gloat then you better start cause I don’t have all day’..I sighed deeply as I sat next to Reynold in the courtyard..
‘I haven’t come here to gloat or to mock you Reana, you’re the darndest person on my list but I would never disgrace a woman even when fully deserved’..He replied..
‘Why are you here Reynold??’..
‘Well it’s simple,I have come to apologise for the horrible way my brother treated you and although you’re responsible for the death of the woman I once fancied I forgive you’..He said and my brows perked up..
‘I am not in need of your apology or forgiveness Reynold now cut to the chase i don’t have all day’..
‘I have come to form an alliance with you Reana’..He said and I stared at him for a while before bursting into laughter..
‘I think you’re seeing the wrong person here,my father is in his study’..I got up from the chair and started to leave but he held me back..
‘I have not come to see your father,I have come to see you Reana.I am planning on overthrowing my brother’..
‘You…you want to rule Arilea??’..
‘Yes I want to and you’re my key to getting that throne’..
