“What’s the matter Linda? You’ve been in a bad mood since Noah and Isabella left” Lisa asked after everyone had gone back home. We were sitting together in the living room, eating popcorn and watching a movie but I wasn’t really interested in the movie.
“Why won’t I be in a bad mood? It’s barely a month since Amy left and Noah is already dating” I scoffed and shook my head sadly.
“Really? But why does that bother you? I mean, it’s his life” she shrugged.
“You don’t get it. Didn’t you see how sad Amelia was because she was leaving him behind? She even gave him everything she owned and he just moved on. Take me for example, Zack and I never made our relationship official but still, I haven’t gotten over him and I don’t know when I will” I explained, trying to make her see reasons with me.
“I understand your point sis. But you also have to understand that people deal with pain differently. Some, cry and sulk for days, weeks and months and probably pick up the pieces and move on. Some prefer to pretend that they don’t feel pain when they’re actually dying inside.
Others, try to use something else to distract themselves from the pain. Like Noah, he does not truly love Isabella, he’s just trying to get rid of his pain by creating fake happiness with her” Lisa explained like a love expert and I was beyond shocked.
“Wow Lisa, I never knew you were this.. wise” I exclaimed.
“I like to keep a low profile” Lisa chuckled and winked.
“Just leave him alone. I know for a fact that he loves Amelia, he misses her too. He’s just trying to heal” she added and I sighed.
“I guess so. Thanks” I answered. I sighed and ate some popcorn. I think my sister is right, besides, Noah looks very miserable as it stands. He’s losing a lot of weight and I don’t think he’s getting any sleep.
I really hope he moves on, but I don’t like Isabella, she’s desperate.
🌼 Noah Smith 🌼
I finished the entire glass of whiskey and poured myself another glass, I was about to empty it into my mouth when Isabella came from nowhere and took the glass from me.
“Hey! Why did you do that!?” I asked, groaning.
“What’s the matter with you? You drink too much lately. You’re going to hurt yourself if you keep doing this” she said, glaring at me. I rolled my eyes.
“I just want to be left alone” I said.
“I’m not going to leave you alone! You’re my responsibility” she stated, taking my hand.
“Why are you even drinking in the first place?” She asked.
“Nothing okay?”
“It’s because of Amelia right? You’re missing her again?” She asked and I scoffed.
“I knew it! You’re never going to get over her! Why did you make me your girlfriend if you know you’re always going to be stuck up on Amelia!?” She yelled angrily.
“I’m sorry but I can’t help it. I will try to be a better boyfriend” I said, rubbing my temple. I’m so stressed out.
“Oh really? Prove it!” She said.
“Prove it? How?”
“Let’s make our relationship even more official. Make love to me Noah, then I’ll believe that you’ve truly gotten over her” she said and I was stunned.
“What?”
“You heard me. Make love to me”
“I’m sorry Isabella but I can’t do that. I can’t” I stood up and attempted to walk away but she jumped in front of me.
“Really? Why? Are you really going to make me beg you to touch me? Why won’t you make love to me? Is it that I’m not beautiful enough? Am I not s3xy like Amelia?” She ranted and I groaned heavily.
“Just shut up will you!? Our relationship is barely a day old and you’re nagging so much. Are you a wh0re to throw yourself at me like that? What’s the matter with you? Why can’t you just leave me alone!?” I yell in anger and walked away. She broke down in tears but I didn’t care to look back.
I simply went to my room and brought out my phone to look at a picture of Amelia that I have with me. I was almost moved to tears.
“I thought getting another girlfriend would make things easier, but it just got harder. I miss you so much and I wish you’d come back to me. I’m losing my mind already” I lamented to the picture.
“I need you Amy” I whisper.
Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door and it was none other than Isabella. I let her come in.
“I came to tell you that I’m leaving. I can see that there’s no space for me in your house or in your heart” she sniffed.
“Don’t try to stop me Noah. You’ve hurt me enough” she wiped her tears.
“It’s the middle of the night Isabella. Where do you think you’re going?” I ask.
“I don’t care. I just want to get away from you. Whenever you come to your senses, you know where to find me” she sniffed again and walked out.
She’s such a drama queen.
Well, I have my own emotional problems to deal with so she can go. I just want to stop feeling all this pain.
🌼 Isabella Harper 🌼
Ughhh!!!
I’m so angry!! I can’t believe Noah didn’t even try to stop me from leaving his house. Is that how much he loves Amelia? I am so angry and feel like killing right now.
I’m literally obsessed with Noah but he has no feelings for me, he’s just using me to console himself. I can’t take it. I want him to myself forever. I want to be the only one he loves. I’m so obsessed with him and I can’t help it!
What do I do?
I called a friend of mine from work. She was the one who gave me the idea to sabotage Noah and Amelia’s relationship. Maybe she can help now.
“Why do you sound so stressed?” She asked over the phone.
“I’m very stressed. I’m about to lose Noah. He does not notice me” I complained.
“Hmm. I see. Well why don’t you get pregnant for him? Drug him and get him to sleep with you. Once you’re pregnant, he won’t be able to leave you. Just make sure you do it when you’re fertile” she explained and I was pleased with the idea.
“But what about love? Will he love me?”
“Don’t worry Isabella, love will come. Just get him to marry you first” she answered. I thanked her and ended the call.
I have to get on this immediately. I’m fertile right now so all I have to do is go back to his house, drug him and get him to sleep with me by tomorrow. Then I’ll get pregnant and he’ll be forced to marry me. I just can’t wait.
I wasn’t this desperate before but I can’t help it anymore. I’m obsessed with him!!

🌼 Amelia Lewis 🌼
I woke up very early to prepare for the ritual today. I did last minute training with Cullen since Zack was busy putting things in order. He wanted to do it himself to make sure that everything was in order.
“You should start getting ready now your majesty. Your suit is ready, we will be waiting at the courtyard to lead you out” Cullen bowed and left my room.
I sighed.
Fae came in with some maids and helped me get into my suit. This one is different from my training suit, it’s much more beautiful.
My hair was tied in a bun and I was led through the hall to the courtyard where Zack, Cullen, Joha and a bunch of other guards and maids were waiting with a carriage.
They all bowed as I came in.
“Ready?” Zack asked and I bit my lip.
I’m still nervous.
“You’re going to be fine. You’re the chosen queen” he smiled and hugged me.
“We have two hours left before the ritual and there are some preparations to do. Let’s get going” Joha said, breaking our hug. I was helped into the carriage and we started moving.
After several minutes, we arrived at the middle of the kingdom, where most of the subjects had already gathered to watch the ritual. As soon as I stepped out, they clapping and cheered.
“We love you your majesty!”
“Please save us!”
“We love you!!”
“My role model!!”
They continued to shout as I wave at them. I went to stand in front of Joha. I raised my head and stared at the staff of all ages. It was gorgeous, it was glowing. It looked heavy, I wonder how I’m going to lift it.
“Let’s begin” Joha said and there was silence. Zack and Cullen had already left to take their positions, far from Joha and I. She was going to be with me throughout the ritual.
Her role was to make chants to help me, so that I don’t get hurt.
“Close your eyes” she whispered to me and I obeyed. She walked around me, shaking her staff and making some chants. She did that seven good times before she stopped and ordered me to open my eyes. She put a necklace around my neck, it was a talisman and it was supposed to reduce the effect of lifting the staff.
“You’re ready now. Five minutes to noon. Climb up your majesty” she said and I gulped before climbing up to where the staff of all ages was standing.
I closed and my eyes and took deep breaths.
“Three minutes..”
I opened my eyes and looked at Zack. He smiled and nodded at me.
“Two minutes..”
I can do this.
“Now!!”
Joha yelled out and I immediately grabbed the staff of all ages with both hands. It was heavy like I thought. I lifted it with all my strength, groaning painfully because it was hurting my back to pull it.
I pulled it harder until I was able to lift it off the ground and placed it above my head, facing the sun. I was in so much pain but I had to endure it. I was already sweating profusely.
“By the gods! By the prophecy! With my power as the queen! I command an end to this plague and let my people be set free!!!” I yelled out and allowed my powers to run through my body, to my hands, into the staff and out of it.. into the sky.
The whole thing was too powerful and bright. I had to close my eyes because I could be blinded by the intensity of the light. I screamed out in pain as the whole thing hurt like hell.
Joha who was behind me was still making chants, I could hear her.
I kept pushing my powers into the staff, although it was draining. I was determined to set my mother’s people free.
I went into a subconscious state immediately. I saw myself in a totally empty space. I was tired, panting and almost giving up.
I saw two versions of myself approaching me. One was in form of a spirit and the other was in form of a human. They came to me and placed their hands on each of my shoulder.
“I am human” the human form said.
“I am queen of Fye” the spirit form said.
“With the power of our hybrid nature, you will succeed!” They chorus and I felt a power rush.
I immediately opened my eyes, coming back to reality. I screamed out as more power rushed through me and into the sky. It got too intense that everyone around were knocked out.
I was completely drained. The light seized, the staff dropped and I fell down.
“My queen!” Joha yelled, she was the only one who did not fall. She took me in her arm but my eyes closed slowly until I blacked out.
…
“Are you sure she will be fine?” I heard someone saying. My head hurts, really badly. I groan and struggled to open my eyes. I finally did but the light forced me to close them again.
“She opened her eyes just now! Your majesty!!” I heard Fae screaming, followed by footsteps running in.
“Amy? Amy? I’m here” that was Zack. I felt his hand on mine and slowly opened my eyes again. He smiled widely and hugged me tightly.
“I’m so glad you’re fine. I thought we lost you!!” He cried. I looked around and saw Cullen, Joha and two guards standing there. Joha smiled and nodded at me.
“Do you see the light? It’s no longer dark in Fye! You saved us! You defeated the plague!! You did it!” He broke the goodnews to me and I gasped.
“I.. I did?” I asked, already tearing up.
“Yes you did! Your subjects have been praying for your recovery. They have been waiting outside the castle to meet their queen and savior! You saved my mother!” He sounded so happy, he was very excited and it made me happy too.
“Where’s your mother?” I ask.
“In her room, recovering slowly but she’s awake now! Everyone wants to see you, including her!” He said and I giggled lightly.
“Thank you so much” he hugged me again, the others bowed.
I did it!!
I am the chosen queen afterall!!
