Episode 3️⃣

{ I MADE A MISTAKE}

Catalina walked out followed by Theodore, leaving the two ladies in the room.

” Today is really a bad day.” Aaliyah said.

” Definitely.” Quinn replied.

“First it was Eliana and now, it's Catalina.” Aaliyah said sitting on the bed.

” Let me read the rules again.” Said Quinn walking to the drawer.

” Do you know where she kept it?” Aaliyah asked.

” Yeah. It's in the drawer.” She replied and opened the drawer.

She brought out the piece of paper which the rules were written and began to read.

” Rule number one: No sx**l affairs.

Rule number two: Don't quarrel, don't fight.

Rule number three: Don't disobey your boss.

Rule number four: No gossips

Rule number five: Don't associates with strangers.

Rule number six……..”

The opened and Catalina walked in with a frown on her face.

” What did he do?” Aaliyah asked, staring at her.

” Are you alright?” Quinn asked, walking to her.

” I made a mistake.” She said almost in a whisper.

” Huh!” Aaliyah's eyes widen. “What did you do?”

” He gave me three options and I……..” She drawled. ” I messed up.”

” What exactly did you do?” Quinn asked impatiently.

” There were three options, but I chosed the last one which was flogging.” She replied, making the others to gasped.

” Flogging?” Aaliyah raised her brow. “Why did you do that? I mean……..”

” It just slipped out, and he took it for an answer.” She replied.

” What were you thinking?” Quinn asked.

” You should've alter it.” Aaliyah said.

” I don't know what I was thinking. I tried to alter it but he refused to give me a chance.” She replied.

” So what will you do now?” Aaliyah asked.

” What else than to prepare her ass.” Quinn said.

” 24 strokes.” Catalina said.

” What!!” Quinn screamed.

” That's bad.” Aaliyah said.

” Not anymore girls. Nothing happened.” Eliana said as she walked in, thinking that they're talking about her.

” Hey! You're back.” Quinn said turning to her. ” What happened did he hurt you?”

” Theodore is a good man. He took the blame, and set me free.” Eliana replied smiling.

” Good for you.” Aaliyah replied.

” Yeah.” Said Elaina.

” He threatened him, I heard .” Quinn said.

” Yeah, sure he did.” Eliana replied still smiling.

” After Theodore left you guys, what happened. You took long.” Quinn asked.

” Yeah, Nothing serious. He asked me to get her some food and water, and……….”

” Her?” Aaliyah said.

” Yeah. The girl that was screaming earlier.” Eliana replied.

” Really?” Quinn raised her brow.

” And you did?” Aaliyah asked.

” What I'm I suppose to do. Of course I did.” She replied.

” And she took it?” Quinn said.

” Why not.” Eliana chuckled.

” Didn't she felt embarrassed at all?” Quinn asked.

” I think she deserves that question. I'm not the right person to ask.” Eliana replied.

” You better be careful next time, you don't know what the future holds.” Aaliyah said.

” Thanks for the advice.” Eliana said. “What's wrong with her, is she alright?” She asked staring at Catalina.

” She's in trouble.” Quinn replied.

” Trouble?” She glanced at them.

” Yeah. Sir Harrison was here.” Aaliyah said.

” He saw the present given to Catalina by a certain man.” Quinn said.

” The letter brought all this mess.” Aaliyah said.

” No! Rule number five.” Quinn argued.

” Sir Harrison want to punish her, I don't really think it's her fault.”Aaliyah frowned.

” Yeah, It isn't.” Quinn replied.

” I don't understand. Can you guys break it now a bit?” Eliana said.

“Okay.” Aaliyah said, and began, “Theodore came here with a present. He……”

” He said that someone asked him to pass it to her.” Quinn interrupted.

” Will you let me?” Aaliyah glared at her.

” Ok, but don't ask me anything. I won't answer.” Quinn said and roll her eyes.

” Of course I won't.” Aaliyah rolled her eyes as well. ” Where did I stop?” She said, trying to remember.

” I told ya, not even up to a minute.” Quinn mocked.

” Sir Harrison came in the moment Theodore handed the package to her. He or……”

” Collected the package and tore it open, oh my gosh! Eliana the letter in it.” Quinn interrupted again. ” Do you remember the words in that letter Aaliyah?” She asked.

” Why should I? You know everything, go on we are listening.” Aaliyah replied angrily.

But Quinn didn't remember anything. She kept mute.

” Aaliyah, if you do please tell me.” Eliana begged.

” I thought you know all.” Aaliyah said as she shifted on her sit. She continued,” The letter was from a guy name Mateo Wyatt. He said lots of things.”

” What exactly. Do you remember anything?” Eliana asked.

” Yeah, I think I do.” Aaliyah replied. ” He talked about how beautiful she is, how he missed her, and……

” How he fell in love with her. O my…… He sent her a golden necklace.” Quinn interrupted, making Aaliyah more angrier than before.

” A diamond necklace.” Catalina corrected.

” Yeah that's true, it's a slip of tongue” Quinn said nodding.

” So what happened next?” Eliana asked. Four eyes turned to Aaliyah.

” What! Why are you staring at me, you know everything so go on.” Aaliyah said, referring to Quinn.

” I'll take over from here then.” Quinn said. ” Sir Harrison took it as an offence against rule number five. For her punishment, he gave her three options to choose. Unfortunately she chose a wrong one.”

” What did she chose?” Eliana asked.

” Flogging.” Quinn replied.

” What?” Eliana exclaimed.

” 24 strokes.” Aaliyah added.

” That's ridiculous!” Eliana said.

” Same thing I said.” Aaliyah put in.

” Didn't you beg him?” Eliana asked.

” Of course I did but he wouldn't listen.” Catalina replied.

” I'm thinking of how a 29yr old man will flog a 27yr old lady, I mean……” Quinn drawled.

” I don't think it will be that painful, after all…..it's her crush. Romantic flogging.” Aaliyah said.

” No! I don't think so Aaliyah. She is crushing on him, not the other way round.” Eliana said.

” What if he is crushing on her as well?” Aaliyah asked.

” He has…….” Eliana was about to reply, but Quinn interrupt.

” Can we talk of how we can help her out of this mess?” Quinn asked.

” What was the other two options?” Eliana asked.

” One week fasting, and doing the whole house chores for three weeks.” Catalina replied.

” All are bad.” Quinn said. ” I can't even stay a day without eating.”

” Doing all house chores means, you'll be the one to wash all the bosses clothes, sweep all the rooms, cook, clean, oh no! It's too much.” Aaliyah said.

” But we would've help.” Eliana said.

” That's right.” Quinn and Aaliyah chorused.

” No help guys. If any, he will increase it, and you guys will be punish too.” Catalina explained.

” Too bad. But why is he doing all this?” Aaliyah asked.

” I don't know Aaliyah. I'm confused.”Eliana replied.

” Same question I've been asking myself.” Quinn said.

Harrison was in the sitting room watching TV when a young beautiful lady walked in. She dressed in black trouser and a blue top, her black high heels to go with. She plastered a smile on her face as she saw him.

” Hello Harrison.” She greeted.

” Hi Tara. How are you?” He asked staring at her.

” I'm cool and you?” She asked.

” Quite well.” He replied. ” Have you seen Daisy lately?”

” Erm……” She drawled. ” Yeah! I think I have, any matter?” She asked curiously.

” No not really. I just wanted to know, we've not spoken for days now.” He replied.

” Okay. ” She managed to smile. ” Is Julian around?” She asked.

” In his room I guess .” Harrison replied.

” Okay, hope you wouldn't mind if I…….”

” Of course. You didn't come to see me. Go ahead.” He replied with a chuckle.

” Thank you.” Tara said and walked to the stairs, heading to Julian's room.

” Hi baby! What are you doing?” She asked as she saw him busying with his laptop.

” Hi Angel, Watup?” Julian said and turned to her. She plants a kiss on his lips and smiled.

” I miss you.” She said.

” Good to have you back Tara. How was your trip? He asked.

” Boring without you” She replied frowning
” What were you doing?”

” Checking some stuffs.” Julian replied and turned to the laptop again.

” Can't it wait?” Tara said with a frown, rubbing his chest.

” It……” She shut him up with a kiss, interrupting him.

One thing led to the other and before the blinking of an eye, they're both on the bed, half naked. Julian was about to lose his belt when the door flung open and Eliana walked in.

” Sorry for interrupting sir.” she said looking down. ” Your presence is needed.”

” Excuse me.” Julian said breathing heavily as he turned to her in surprise.

” Sir Harrison needs you now. He asked me to call you.” Eliana replied.

” Is that why you barge in here without knocking?” Tara said angrily, but Eliana didn't say anything.

” Excuse me.” She said and walked away.

” What's wrong with her?” Tara said.

How do you expect me to answer that?” Julian said as he stood up from the bed.

” Where are you going?” She asked.

” You know where I'm going Tara. So why are you asking again?” Julian said.

” Why do I feel like something fishy is happening in this house.” Tara said.

” What do mean?” Julian asked, staring at her.

” I mean……why is it so hard for you guys to fire these maids?” She asked.

” I don't have time for your argument Tara. Excuse me. He said and walked out.

Tara wasn't happy at all. She spent the whole time thinking of what to do. “This girls has to leave!” She vowed.

~ IN THE SITTING ROOM~

” I apologize for disturbing you Julian.” Harrison said as he saw him approaching, he was sweating, no doubt.

” No problem.” Julian replied. He greets everyone and sat down.

” We're completes now, let's get down to business .” Harrison said turning to their manager, Charles Jameson.

Charles cleared his throat and began. ” I came to let you all know that we will be having a meeting with De Los Mex company this coming week, and they want you all to be present.”

” Must we be present?” Kayden asked.

” It's necessary sir. They said they'll cancel the appointment if you fail to attend.” Charles replied.

” Who really care?” Xavier said angrily.

” Don't think that way guys.” Harrison said glancing at them. “Mom and dad suffered for it, we don't have to waste their resources. If the company collapse now, who'll lose?

You don't know how I suffer to get that company to the stage it's today. So let's be mindful of our decisions. “When is the meeting Charles?” He asked.

” Tuesday, 10:25am. Sir.” He replied.

Harrison turned to his brothers. ” Agree or reschedule? He asked.

” Agree.” Xavier said.

” Agree.” Kayden and Julian chorused.

After the meeting, Julian returned to his room. He was about to continue what he's doing with his laptop when Tara came out from the bathroom with a towel round her body.

” You're back.” She said.

” Yeah.” Julian muttered. She walked to him and began to kiss him again, her hand operating the down side.
Julian was about to take off the towel when the door flung open and Eliana walked in.

She was surprised at the scene she met, but it's too late for her to leave. Julian has seen her already.

” Food is ready sir.” Eliana said.

” You again!!” Tara yelled angrily.

“Everyone is waiting for you sir. I beg to take my leave.” She said and walked away.

” Are you leaving?” Tara asked as Julian stood up.

” I need to eat, I'm hungry. Besides, this particular food we're about to have here, needs strength.” He replied heading to the door.

” Please wait for a minute.” She said.

” What else?” Julian asked. She stood up and walked to him.

Romancing his chest, she said. ” Please I want you to Fire her, I'll get you a maid. A nice one.”

” If I fire her now, when will I get a maid?” He asked.

” I'll get you a maid before dawn tomorrow. I promise.” She said.

” One thing you don't know is that we don't pick maids randomly. It took us six months, before we accept them. Bringing a new maid now is a delay to me, tomorrow is Colton's birthday party, we don't have all the time in the world. Besides, she has not done anything wrong. Why should I fire her?” He raised his brow.

” She's done something wrong to me. She's not suppose to be here. Don't you understand?” She said.

” I'm sorry. I can't do anything, when you're done, you can join us downstairs.” He said and walked out, heading to the dining.

“Really? Does he really care about me?” She said to herself. Just then, an idea came into her head. She quickly brought out her cell phone and sent a message to someone.

The message reads…….
📩 Got a good news Bella. Tomorrow is Colton's birthday party, the guys won't be around. We can't let this opportunity slip by. Let's meet tomorrow by 9:am.

She was about to drop the phone when it beeps, New message. She swiped it open, the message reads.

📩 Where should we meet?📩

She replied……….📩My house 📩
